Since 1993, Schwarzmann has been designing, manufacturing, and assembling insulated prefabricated halls and fabric structures. The new Schwarzmann X® hybrid halls are a result of our own development, offering an aesthetic and economical solution for modern storage spaces.

Our process

  1. Design presentation

    Based on an enquiry that contains vital information regarding the customer’s needs and by coordinating the details at the installation site, a non-binding offer, 3D-drawings and a visualisation of the buildings are prepared.

  2. Engineering

    After the order has been confirmed, we perform a structural analysis of the building, work out all the details and necessary equipment with the investor and start planning the facility. Due to strict project schedules and fixed sequence of production tasks, after confirmation, these plans cannot be changed without additional costs.

  3. Fabrication

    The procurement department orders materials needed for the production of individual parts of the steel structure. We cut and weld the structure parts, which are then hot-dip galvanised and delivered to the installation site.

  4. Installation

    After preparing the installation site, a qualified team of installation technicians will assemble the steel structure and attach the roofing and wall cladding as well as install other necessary equipment.
